Here we are (don't we look wonderful!) with all gear learning to snorkel. You can not swim, kick or splash in the stingray pool, just snorkel. They do come right up to you when you are in the water and do kind of a wave at you - see the photo just below. All Aaron could think of was the crocodile hunter and what happened to him. We talked with the trainers in the water and they trim the barb so they can't sting. I honestly didn't think they would let us swim with something dangerous.

I see Nathan eyeing the sting ray in the first picture, and hiding behind you in the next one. Hopefully he's not scarred for life! LOL
